Business Challenge

Brewin Dolphin relies on its Avaya communications infrastructure to deliver a quality service for its customers, and also to comply with FCA guidelines on recording and retaining specific telephone conversations. In addition, the organisation required a fail-safe disaster recovery infrastructure in place across its UK network to ensure continuity in the event of one of its major hub-sites failing. It also wanted to support its communications infrastructure as competitively as possible.

Previously Sabio was selected to upgrade Brewin Dolphin's Avaya Aura® Communication Manager infrastructure and deploy an updated Verint® Impact 360® recording solution to ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and guidelines across the company's UK offices. Brewin Dolphin recently renewed its support contract with Sabio to ensure it continues to realise the full benefits of its telephony platform investment.
