Recruitment Process – what to expect?
Our recruitment process is an opportunity for you to find out about us as much as it is for us to assess you. There are a number of stages and at each of these stages you will get the chance to learn more about Sabio.
- Initial Screening – when you apply through the online portal your CV is reviewed by our HR team and the recruiting manager who will assess your experience against the job description.
- Telephone Interview – the first round telephone interview allows us to find out a bit more about you and for you to get more information on the role and what it is like to work here.
- Assessment Centre – the final stage is an assessment centre involving a competency based interview and testing. The testing could be technical, a psychometric assessment or work-related such as a case study or scenario based exercise.
Please note that any offers of employment with Sabio will be subject to a vetting procedure, which may consist of one or more of the following; vetting & Baring, financial background and reference checks.
