Optimise your contact centre WFM operations
Free Sabio seminars in Leeds and Manchester for call centre professionals
LONDON – 14 May 2010 – Sabio, the specialist contact centre systems integrator, is encouraging call centre managers in the North West to learn more about optimising their contact centre Workforce Management (WFM) operations by attending free breakfast seminars later this month in Leeds and Manchester. The seminars are titled: ‘How to get more from your Workforce Management tool’, and are open to organisations that currently use or are looking to find out more about how WFM can make a difference to their contact centre or back-office operations.
Sabio’s Manchester seminar is taking place on 25 May, with the Leeds seminar the next day on the 26 May. Starting at 8am, both events will finish at 10.30am.
During the seminar Sabio’s Head of Workforce Optimisation, Michael Andrews, will outline what delegates should expect from an effective Workforce Management implementation. “While attendees may already have investigated the benefits of ‘point’ software solutions such as Workforce Management, it’s important to understand how to justify the investment and determine exactly how much business value they could unlock by using a leading WFM solution or wider Workforce Optimisation strategy. At our free breakfast briefings in Leeds and Manchester, we’ll be outlining how contact centre managers and their forecasting and scheduling staff can build action plans to deliver real business benefits earlier in the adoption process.”
Working with Sabio, major organisations such as HomeServe, Thames Water and Addison Lee have all successfully secured significant savings through their WFM deployments. For example, London’s leading private hire firm Addison Lee has already unlocked savings of over £1 million by optimising its call centre forecasting and scheduling activities and reducing overtime costs – resulting in an overall 30 percent saving in the firm’s annual contact centre staffing costs.
