Major Sabio compliance project shortlisted for two Financial Sector Technology Awards
Brewin Dolphin shortlisted for prestigious Compliance and Business Continuity categories for 2010 FST Awards
LONDON – 2 February 2010 – Sabio, the contact centre systems integrator, is pleased to announce that one of its customers – Brewin Dolphin Ltd – is shortlisted in two categories for the tenth annual Financial Sector Technology Awards. Brewin Dolphin has been shortlisted in the Compliance and Business Continuity categories following the successful implementation of a business-critical multi-site compliance recording solution. Sabio designed the solution to ensure that all calls are captured - made or received - from the company’s national network of 40 offices across the UK.
Brewin Dolphin is the UK’s largest private client investment management firm, managing over £17 billion of funds for more than 130,000 private clients. The Sabio project now successfully provides full-time recording for every single potential handset across the Brewin Dolphin estate, ensuring full compliance with FSA regulations and guidelines, and providing both customers and staff with full protection.
“Right from the start it was clear that Brewin Dolphin wanted to go beyond current FSA telephone recording regulations and Treating Customers Fairly guidelines and implement a Compliance and Business Continuity approach that would deliver a full end-to-end recording solution,” commented Sabio Director, Adam Faulkner. “We’re delighted that their determination to eliminate all possible scenarios that could get in the way of compliance has been recognised by FST, and we wish them every success at the Awards Ceremony in March.”
The FST Awards are celebrating their tenth anniversary this year, and aim to recognise excellence and innovative information technology within the UK and EMEA financial sector. The awards are designed to emphasise the importance of IT and communications as a key driver within business, and to acknowledge and rewards pecialists working within the sector. The FST Awards will be held on 25 March at the Lancaster Hotel, London. For more information, please visit www.fstech.co.uk/awards
