Sabio announces Platinum sponsorship partnership with the CCA

 

Specialist contact centre systems integrator to serve as founder member of CCA Supplier Council, building on successful five-year relationship with CCA

 

GLASGOW – 16th November 2010 – Sabio, the innovative contact centre services and solutions company, today announced that it has signed a Platinum Sponsorship agreement for the coming year with the Customer Contact Association (CCA). The agreement builds on Sabio’s existing strong relationship with the CCA, and will see both organisations co-operating across a range of activities – including events, executive briefings and thought leadership development – aimed at encouraging best practice technology deployment among the association’s 900-plus member firms.

During 2011 Sabio will support the CCA with involvement at a series of events, jointly host Executive Dinners for members, co-operate on Industry White Paper development, serve as a key sponsor for the CCA’s new Supplier Council activities, and also help establish specific Technology Forums to broaden the association’s information exchange activities.
