Sabio announces Overall Sponsorship of the 2008 European Call Centre Awards
LONDON – 19 February 2008 – Sabio, the innovative contact centre services and solutions company, has announced that this year it will be the overall sponsor of the European Call Centre Awards which will be presented on the first night of Call Centre Expo in September. The sponsorship extends Sabio’s strong commitment to the European Call Centre Award programme, having previously sponsored individual award categories. Sabio’s Consultancy Director Kenneth Hitchen has been on the judging panel for a number of years, and will again be one of the award judges this year.
The Awards feature some 20 categories ranging from Best Use of Technology and Best Multimedia Strategy to the prestigious European Call Centre of the Year and CCF Industry Champion awards. A full list of all categories and the criteria that the judges will be looking for from entrants is available at www.callcentreawards.co.uk.
“We’re delighted to extend our involvement with the European Call Centre Awards which for over a decade now have formally recognised professional excellence across the European contact centre market. Each year the quality of the awards entries just keeps on getting higher, reflecting the high calibre of the judging process as well as the credibility which these awards hold within our industry,” commented Sabio’s Head of Marketing, Leigh Hopwood.
“At Sabio we’re committed to delivering best practice strategies and solutions for our customers, and we’re proud to be associated with an event that showcases those UK and European organisations that are delivering the best customer experiences, achieving the highest operational efficiency, and combining people, processes and technology to deliver real value for their business,” she continued.
The European Call Centre Awards have been recognising and rewarding the best and most successful organisations in the contact centre industry for over 10 years. A series of category-specific judging panels assess each entry, which are then shortlisted to the top finalists per category. Shortlisted finalists then receive a site visit by the judges before they reconvene to agree the winners for 2008.
