Shared vision
Incorporated in 1998, Sabio’s founding directors still privately own the business today. The founders, Sebastian Henkes, Adam Faulkner, Kenneth Hitchen and Paul Began, shared the same vision of a business built on strong ethics dedicated to providing excellent customer service through innovative technology solutions.
Sabio has the freedom to determine the right direction for the business to ensure customers are delivered a high quality, professional service all the time. The company has grown organically and has enjoyed an average of 25% growth year on year.
A key factor in the company’s success is its people. Sabio employs experienced, knowledgeable people that fit the culture of the business and reflect Sabio’s passion, commitment and unique promise to deliver to its customers. The Sabio culture is founded on five key principles: enthusiasm, team spirit, honesty, innovation and communication.
It’s these people that have helped Sabio emerge as the contact centre experts. Sabio’s strong reputation in the contact centre industry has earned the company the right to work with key solution providers including Avaya, Genesys, Witness, Open Wave, VoiceObjects and Nuance. Working as a vendor-independent consultancy, Sabio has delivered customer contact strategies designed around the customer experience for many major organisations across the UK including BSkyB, Citibank, Egg, HCL Technologies, Homeserve, Leeds City Council, NHS Direct Wales, Prudential, Response, Scottish and Southern Energy and Yorkshire Building Society.
